Flint Group is a global supplier of printing and packaging supplies. The culmination of a number of product and company mergers over the years, Flint Group develops, manufactures, and markets a large portfolio of printing supplies and printing equipment.
Problem/Inquiry
Flint Group was opening a new facility in Louisville, KY and wanted to add some extra storage space in addition to what was available. They also needed a secure area to store some of their own valuable tools.
Solution
Flint Group had a design in mind when they approached Mezzanine Distributors. They were looking for a qualified, trustworthy vendor to manage the process for them and provide them what they were looking for. By utilizing a mezzanine against an existing wall and surrounding the underneath area of the mezzanine with wire partition, they were able to solve both problems. The mezzanine was roughly 250 square feet and included a straight staircase, handrail, a swing gate for pallet access, and resin board flooring. Wire partition was included to surround the bottom portion of the mezzanine and included a swing door for access.
