Push back structural racking system

Customer Description

The contractor we were working with was building an additional freezer for their client, a food distribution company.

The customer has utilized 2-deep push back racking in other facilities and wanted to replicate that here. The space was small – only about 7,000 square feet. They wanted to be able to create as many pallet positions as possible while still maintaining accessibility to different SKUs. Since this was new construction, Mezzanine Distributors needed to coordinate with the contractor as well as other subcontractors.

Mezzanine Distributors worked with the contractor on the design of the system and procured materials, managed shipping and completed installation of all materials. 42 bays of 2-deep push back racking was provided which created 504 pallet positions. The project was completed on time and without issue on a busy job site.
