Sweetwater Pool and Spas is a locally owned and operated distributor of pool and spa products and accessories. Started in 1976, they have two locations in Catonsville, Maryland where they serve their customers.
Problem/Inquiry
Due to growing customer demand, Sweetwater Pool and Spas was looking to build a second facility. The site that was selected was not large enough to support all the needs of their operation.
Solution
They decided to use the vertical space in this proposed facility to create more storage space and a mezzanine was the solution to their storage challenges. Mezzanine Distributors was brought in to design this mezzanine to support operations on top of the mezzanine as well as underneath. An addition to this structure was also planned for the future. Mezzanine Distributors designed both the first mezzanine as well as the future expansion. After a site visit to confirm final dimensions and column placement, Mezzanine Distributors professionally installed the system. A few months later, the customer was ready for the expansion and Mezzanine Distributors again confirmed final dimensions, procured materials and installed the expansion. Our customer now has the storage space needed to fulfill their customers’ needs.
