This 520 sq. ft. custom mezzanine was designed, engineered, fabricated, and installed to meet the client’s exact specifications. The structure features custom paint throughout—including the underside of the flooring—for a seamless, consistent finish. An upgraded cable-style railing system was also incorporated, with a color scheme carefully matched to the mezzanine structure. Looking ahead, the client plans to build out the upper level as an entertainment space complete with a golf simulator and multiple large-screen TVs, making this project both functional and future-focused.
