Mezzanine Distributors works with all involved manufacturers, vendors, and sub-contractors to prepare a complete and turnkey permit package for your entire project. This would include all necessary calculations, drawings, specifications and other engineering information that may be needed depending on the project. We submit this package to the appropriate permitting offices that have jurisdiction over the project for their review. We monitor this review process so that once it is approved, the project can move forward as scheduled.
Furthermore, Mezzanine Distributors understands the potential issues during installation that can cause a final inspection to lead to multiple changes needed. Due to our vast previous experience with similar projects, we are able to avoid these potential pitfalls which save our customers time and money.
As we get to the end of any project, Mezzanine Distributors will take care of any and all inspections that may be necessary in order to turn over a completely permitted, useable system to the customer. With inspections and approvals needed at both the local and state level in many cases, we get the right people on site in a timely manner so that you may utilize your storage system as soon as possible.
