Mezzanine Distributors designed, engineered, fabricated, and installed a 470-square-foot mezzanine finished with custom paint colors to meet the owner’s specifications. Unlike most free-standing builds, this project required attaching a 23-foot structural C-channel to the back wall, which meant scanning for rebar, field-drilling holes, and adapting beyond the original drawings to ensure a secure installation.
Additional customization includes a floating steel staircase with wood treads, cable railing, and a stained wood top rail, as well as a four-vehicle car lift — delivering a highly tailored solution to fit the client’s exact layout and needs.
