Our first step in the mezzanine process is designing a layout. Many customers typically come to us with an idea of what they are looking for. You might have a solid grasp of your square footage and what kind of accessories you could want like staircases and gates.
Others might not know what they need. In this case, we discuss your business operations and help determine your goals. Either way, our project managers will ask several questions to look for the best ways to get the most out of your space. Your detailed quote will include all necessary prices including materials, freight, and installation. Elevation and plan view drawings will also be provided. Your quote will include any and all costs associated with the project.
All accessories will also be listed on the quote. The listed installation price will include installing the mezzanine and accessories. Our standard quotes are built on the assumption that the customer will receive the materials and we will provide all of the equipment and hardware to complete the project.
Once we have your approval for the project and you are prepared to move forward, we provide you with detailed approval drawings. These drawings take roughly 5-7 business days after confirmation. If needed, we can also come onsite to layout the mezzanine and make sure the column layout will work. Once you have signed the approval drawings, we move onto the production phase.

We produce all of your materials and prepare them for secure shipping on pallets. Mezzanine Distributors manages the entire shipping process and ensures that your shipment arrives safely.
Depending on our agreement and quote, either you can receive the materials or we can receive them for you. If you opted to receive the shipment yourself then once the materials are confirmed onsite, our installation crew will be sent to start your installation process. Our mezzanine installation crew will be onsite the day of delivery to unload all of the materials and begin the installation.
